A few weeks to turn an idea into an architecture, an integration map, a prioritised backlog and a firm fixed-scope price for the build. The usual starting point when the requirements are still moving.
Fixed-scope build
A defined scope, a defined price and a defined date, delivered in two-week sprints with something demonstrable at the end of each one. Priced after discovery, not before.
Ongoing product team
A standing team for a product that keeps evolving after launch — OS updates, dependency upgrades, performance work and a roadmap of improvements.
